Anxiety Disorder Treatment

Anxiety Disorder – Treatment
Although real reasons for anxiety disorders are not known yet, however, the medical literature shows that anxiety disorders occurs due to malfunctioning of brain cells. Brain cells, also known as neurons, perform the controls functions for our body. The activity or the excitability of these cells is controlled and managed by chemical levels in the brain. When these chemical levels remain balanced, the brain activity also remains normal, but when the balance of the chemical levels is disturbed the brain functioning also gets anomalous. While treating the anxiety disorders psychiatrists use a combination of behavioral therapy and medication.
